Italfarad MFR (Motor Run) Capacitors

For use in running single-phase asynchronous motors and in all general A.C. applications at 50/60Hz, ITALFARAD proposes a range of self-healing capacitors, manufactured using a aluminum case filled with resin. This range gives very good electrical reliability together with high mechanical resistance to shock and vibration.

Italfarad MFR-Series Capacitors have outstanding life rating of following operating classes: Class D = 1,000 hours, Class C = 3,000 hours, Class B = 10,000 hours, and Class A = 30,000 hours.

Italfarad MFR-Series is equipped with “over-pressure” safety device P2 protection class, in aluminum case. Terminal configuration of 6.35 x 0.8mm quick-connect terminals (single or dual) or 2.8 x 0.8mm solder lugs is available. Optional Stud (M8 or M12) and hardware are also available.

The Italfarad MFR-Series Capacitors have UL, cUL, VDE, and CE approvals available. VDE Approval is in accordance with European Standard EN 60252-1. All Italfarad MFR-Series Capacitors are also RoHS compliant.
